This galette is very versatile, you can use just about any fruit you want. I used black plums and nectarines imported from California and frozen blue berries. There are no apricots to be found here at the moment.
Dories talks about butter cookies and I saved some from my trip to France to use in the recipe. I was thinking about making this recipe in France but never did.
I used fresh mint from my garden.
I liked this one a lot so easy to make and very yummy. DH specially loved the crust, he is a sucker for butter, no surprise there. I loved how rustic this looked coming out of the oven.
