Chicken and salad milanese style, page 109

First photo is of the meat hammer my son made at wood shop for his mom as a Christmas gift. I cut the chicken breasts in tow and than I placed the it between two sheets of baking paper and bashed at will.

Second photo not a very good one but a very delicious chicken. This is a nice weekday recipe and we all liked it.

Wow, what a delightful (and, beautiful looking) meat hammer. My husband was a wood worker (after he retired from doing surgery – that hobby didn’t mix well with being a surgeon). Anyway I have so many bowls, trays and wine holders that he made but I do not have a meat hammer. I think that would have been above his pay grade!I hope your son received a well-deserved A.

Oh my, I was already blown away when I saw the personalized meat hammer….when I read that your son made it himself I was even more touched. What a precious and useful gift. Lovely dish and so glad your family enjoyed this recipe.
