Blueberry-Buttermilk Bundt Cake, page 254

I made my own butter milk out of lime juice and whole milk. We do not carry this item over here. I used lime zest for this cake and blueberries from Ólafsvík that we picked during our summer holidays. I love this cake it is so moist and delicious.

I made this cake last year to make use of my freshly picked blue berries. I just did not come up with anything to make. I like better to have an assignment.

    I like cake and this is a beautiful bundt cake. Well done. Since I was confused about the date for our CtBF post, I just had fun going around to see what everyone made. I understand about wanting an assignment. The fun of making just one recipe is that we all can compare notes and make changes and try new things that our colleagues have suggested. Still, I loved your cake.
